Happy Fun Summer BBQ (hosted by IxDA & UX Book Club) at In the backyard

Location: 3237 SE Francis St
Portland, 97202

If you like to talk about user engagement models, compare ontologies to taxonomies, and sketch design ideas on the palm of your hand (all while licking barbecue sauce off your fingers), this is the event for you. IxDA and UX Book Club PDX are hooking up to host a BBQ while we still have some sun. Come down to eat, drink, and mingle with other local UX & IXD peeps.

We’ll have an open grill, so bring your own meat, tofu & veg. Feel free to also bring a side dish, cold beers, or something else delicious to share.

**Bonus points if you’ve ever sketched design concepts for a new type of grill in your moleskine**
